What is the “Pan-API Zine”?

  • It is an online resource open to HSU students and the Humboldt County community at large to share stories, reflections, art, and poetry, which focus on experiences & perspectives of pan-Asian Pacific Islander ethnicity.
  • The Pan-API Zine is a place to list and find different community resources, including local non-profits & businesses that offer services in relation to the pan-API perspective.

While this online Zine was created as part of the Pan-API Perspectives festival that will take place from March 25-30, 2013, it is also an ongoing and living resource for the community to share learnings and resources before the festival and after as well.

Submit items to the Zine through comments here online, or email them to A.P.A.S.A. at apasa@humboldt.edu.

Special printed edition of the Zine is out in the community as of March 4, 2013!

As part of the March Pan-API festival, a special printed edition of the Pan-API Zine has been published that features your submissions! It will be distributed around the HSU campus and in the community.

Look for the API community's expressions out there at your local businesses!
